Michael G. Medzigian Chairs Meeting of Lodging Industry Leaders, Meeting to Take Place November 1-4 in Los Angeles, California
Michael G. Medzigian, Chairman and Managing Partner of Watermark Capital Partners, LLC, and a frequent speaker in the real estate and lodging industries, will chair the Fall meeting of the Urban Land Institute Hotel Development Council. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is recognized as the preeminent organization for real estate investment and development professionals in the world. Membership on the Hotel Development Council, which Mr. Medzigian has chaired since 2003, is made available only to those individuals who have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field, and can commit to share their extensive experience with others on the Council for the benefit of the overall industry. When asked about the fall meeting, Mr. Medzigian said, "It is a privilege for each of us to serve on the ULI Hotel Development Council.
