Michael G. Medzigian To Speak on Wall Street Trends and Hot and Cold Markets

Michael G. Medzigian, Chairman and Managing Partner of Watermark Capital Partners, LLC, and a frequent speaker in the real estate and lodging industries, will speak on two panels at the Lodging Conference 2005, one of the preeminent investment conferences held annually in the lodging industry. Mr. Medzigian will speak on a panel entitled "Wall Street" which will cover a range of topics relating to the capital market aspects of the lodging industry-mergers and acquisitions, transactions and valuations, and debt and equity flows. Later in the conference, Mr. Medzigian will moderate a panel entitled "Hot & Cold Markets: Where Should You Build." With the industry exhibiting robust growth, Mr. Medzigian will lead this panel of experts through a comprehensive overview of development issues ranging from project viability to economic outlook at the national and regional levels.
