Watermark Capital Partners, LLC, Opens Chicago Area Office

Watermark Capital Partners, LLC, a leading real estate private equity firm, today announced the opening of its new headquarter office in Lake Forest, Illinois. In a related event, Michael G. Medzigian, Watermark's Chairman and Managing Partner, announced his intention to relocate to the Chicago office to lead the growth of the new office. Discussing the move, Mr. Medzigian said, "While we continue to have business interests in the Greenwich, Connecticut area and expect to increase our investing activities throughout the Northeast United States, we will focus the next phase of our organizational growth in our new Lake Forest, Illinois office. With our investment activities being national and international in scope, the Chicago area provides our investment and asset management professionals with more proximate access to the majority of our holdings as well as ease of access to the many markets that we consider for new investments."
