Watermark Capital Partners, LLC is a Lake Forest, Illinois based private investment and management firm that specializes in real estate private equity transactions and also invests in select non-real estate related opportunities. The equity capital invested by the Firm consists of funds managed on behalf of its investors as well as the personal capital of its Principals. Our team, led by Michael G. Medzigian, has been responsible for over $13 billion of real estate investments and has an exceptional track record of integrity and for sourcing proprietary opportunities, creatively enhancing value and delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to investors.

We focus our investment activities on assets that benefit from specialized marketing and value enhancement strategies, demographic shifts, and the unique skill sets of our team. These areas of concentration include hotels and resorts; resort residential products including both whole and fractional ownership; recreational uses including golf and club ownership programs; and new-urbanism and mixed-use projects.
