Michael C. Coolidge

Senior Vice President

Michael Coolidge is Senior Vice President of Watermark Capital Partners, responsible for the identification of, underwriting and closing of new real estate investments as well as for the asset management of portfolio investments. He has previously held various investment, development and asset management roles and has prior experience in resort and luxury hotel operations, providing him with a broad-based perspective with respect to lodging acquisitions, due diligence and asset management. Immediately prior to joining Watermark, he was responsible for all new full-service real estate acquisitions, development, management, and franchise opportunities in the western half of the United States and Canada for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Prior to that he was responsible for real estate acquisition and development opportunities for Sage Hospitality, where he supervised and implemented over $1 billion of real estate development activity. Mr. Coolidge is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and Paul Smith's College. He serves as a member of the Dean's Young Alumni Advisory Council for the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

David B. Bryan

Vice President

Dave Bryan is Vice President of Watermark Capital Partners, responsible for asset management and portfolio analytics. He has previously held various feasibility and asset management roles in the lodging sector and has prior experience in hotel operations. Immediately prior to joining Watermark, he was responsible for the oversight of the joint venture and loan portfolios at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Prior to that, he was a member of the financial underwriting team at Marriott International, where he directed the valuation efforts for several large transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bryan held various corporate finance roles in investment banking and venture capital. Dave is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds advanced degrees in both accounting and finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gil J. Murillo

Vice President

Gil Murillo is Vice President of Watermark Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Immediately prior to joining Watermark, he was an Associate in Citigroup's gaming & lodging equity research group, where he performed fundamental equity analysis of companies in the gaming and lodging industries. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Fieldstone, a boutique investment bank located in New York, where his activities were focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions advisory services for clients in a range of industries. Mr. Murillo graduated from Fordham University with a concentration in finance and obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University.
